Chattanooga Tree Quotes is an independent referral service, and we don't do tree work ourselves. We run this site from outside the United States, so your details may be handled there. This page explains what happens to the details you send us.
What we collect
- What you type into the request form: the service you need, how soon, your name, ZIP code, phone number and any notes.
- The wording you agreed to when you sent the request, and the time you sent it.
- If you came from an ad or a tracked link, the details of that link, such as the campaign name and click ID.
How we use it
We use your details to pass your request to a tree company, to check that the request is genuine, and to see which ads and pages bring in requests.
Who we share it with
- One local tree company. We send your request to one independent company so it can call or text you about this job. That company may pay us for the referral, and it handles your details under its own policies.
- The services that run this site. Our website host and form service receive your details so the form can work.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
Calls and texts
The tree company may call or text the number you gave us about your request. Message and data rates may apply. If you no longer want to hear from them, tell the company directly, and let us know so we stop passing on your details.
Cookies and measurement
This site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure visits and show whether an ad led to a request. These tools can set cookies in your browser and collect information such as the pages you view and your device type. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for 12 months so we can handle questions and billing, and then delete them.
Your choices
Contact us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We can't delete copies a tree company already received, but we'll tell you which company has your request.
